Terms and Conditions of Sale

TandDyreklinikken Education Center

The following terms and conditions of sale apply to all courses and education conducted by
TandDyreklinikken Education Center. The terms and conditions apply if
no other agreement has been entered into with TandDyreklinikken Education Center. Any such agreement must be in writing.

Registration

You register for our courses and education via our website. If you have any questions regarding registration, please call us on +45 44 66 20 40 or write to education@tanddyreklinikken.dk

As a rule, our courses and education include breakfast (on the first day), lunch and refreshments during breaks.

Dinner and accomodation is not included in the price.

Please state in the comment box if you have any special requirements regarding food (allergies, vegetarien food etc.).

Your registration is personal and binding.

Within a week after your registration, you will receive an email telling you whether you have been accepted for the course/education.

Payment – courses, project days, and after-work courses
An invoice will be issued in connection with your registration. This invoice must be paid no later than 8 weeks prior to course start.

Payment – education
An invoice covering your deposit will be issued at registration. This invoice must be paid no later than 2 weeks after registration.

The (full) remaining amount must be paid no later than 6 weeks prior to education start.
Special terms of payment concerning each education will appear on our website.

Cancellation - courses

Cancellation or a wish for transfer to another course must always take place in writing.

Some courses/education may have special conditions for cancellation. This will appear from our website.

Please notice that terms of cancellation also apply in case of illness.

Cancellation – courses, project days, and after-work courses

If your place can be filled by somebody else (e.g. from our waiting list), we will refund you the course cost; we will however charge an administration fee of the 10% of the course cost.

Cancellation– education

In case of cancellation, we will NOT return your deposit.

In case of cancellation after the education has started, it will not be possible to have the cost refunded, and somebody else can NOT fill your place.

Cancellation on our part

If we should cancel a course, we will offer you another seat at the first-coming course with the same subject matter. If you do not wish to attend a future course, a credit note for the course in question will be issued automatically.

In case of cancellation, any cost for transport, hotel etc. will not be refunded by TandDyreklinikken Education Center.

Immaterial rights

The immaterial rights to all course material including written and/or electronic material belong to TandDyreklinikken Education Center and/or each teacher with whom TandDyreklinikken Education Center cooperates.

The participant will receive a permanent, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right of use for the issued material.

If the course includes the use of copyrighted material, the participant does not have the right to copy, spread or publicly use the material, apart from what is considered necessary for correct and common use.

Regardless of the above requirements, the participant may make some copies for personal use in accordance with copyright law and its stipulations regarding this.
